For over 20 years, Bonne Santé clinic has excelled in the treatment and management of alpine injuries through physiotherapy, massage, biomechanics, training and education.
We help people confidently equip themselves for a day on the mountain by also offering a pre-ALPINE sport service inclusive of guided warm-up, stretching, Pilates, Yoga and taping.
We aim to give you the very best in assessment and recognition of any problems you encounter during your stay. This way we are able to offer the most effective treatment and management possible. As well as dealing with any issues, we also take time to explain causes and remedies so that you have a full understanding of the situation and what any treatment entails.
We also believe that prevention is better than cure, therefore highly recommend a pre-activity or biomechanical assessment to help ensure minimum risk of injury and maximum enjoyment during your time on the slopes.
Our team of chartered physiotherapists come from multiple sports backgrounds and are all registered in both the UK and France. Their combined knowledge and experience is extensive, and they are all specialised in the recognition and treatment of acute and chronic sports injuries, including ski and snowboarding as well as other Alpine sports such as climbing, cycling and walking.
At Bonne Santé, our goal is to get you back on the mountain as quickly as possible whilst respecting all safety aspects. Most physiotherapy treatments are covered by insurance, but please check your individual policy.
Not only do we have our own resort-based clinics, we also offer mobile physiotherapy and massage services in Val d'Isere, Tignes, Ste Foy and surrounding resorts.
