PHYSIOTHERAPISTS looking for a season in the French Alps?

Bonne Santé is looking for an HCPC registered physiotherapist, with at least 2 years MSK experience, to practice out of our clinic based in the beautiful Spa at the Langley 2100 hotel in Tignes le Lac during the 2018-2019 ski/boarding season.

Ideally this person will have:

·         experience working in a private clinic and used to being self-managing

·         experience working with sports teams (or similar)

·         managing acute, traumatic injuries

·         sports/deep tissue massage qualifications (hot stone also useful)

·         k-tape and rigid taping qualifications

You will need to be registered to treat in France – so early application is strongly advised, this can take up to 6 months!

Scheduled hours are around 35 - 40 per week with plenty of time for your own skiing or boarding when not ‘on duty’ or booked for treatments. You have to be aware that it is likely there is as much request for massage as there is for physiotherapy and so be prepared to do both.

Being able to offer Pilates, either one-to-one/few or classes is very useful.

The rest of the team is based in Val d’Isère so we do need someone who is happy working mostly on their own, though there is a Spa Manager who coordinates all Spa entries as well as helping with managing treatment booking, classes, etc.

We also put on regular training and, as Tignes and Val are closely linked both by road and pistes, regular social events are possible so there is no need to feel isolated. There are also lots of seasonnaires in the Tignes resorts!
