Originally from France I moved to the UK in 2008 to start my physiotherapy degree. I worked in Brighton, and then London, treating mainly sports related injuries but also back pain sufferers.
I have experience working with high level triathletes and coaches to achieve the best recovery potential from an injury.
I have also worked pitch side at various football/rugby events and pre/post marathons for recovery massages/treatments.
More recently I started including Pilates exercises as part of my practice and I enjoy teaching on a 1-1 or 1-2 basis.
A little bit more about me…
I speak French and English fluently as well as some Spanish.
My main sports are road cycling, swimming and bouldering. I also ski when having the opportunity, which for the past few years has been in Chamonix.
This year I will start snowboarding for the first time!
BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy (MCSP)
Pg diploma musculoskeletal medicine (MSOMM)
HCPC & OMK registered
Pilates Matwork level 1
Rocktape level 1

I use various massage techniques including Swedish, Shiatsu, Thai as well as neuromuscular therapy techniques. All of these help to achieve different benefits such as relaxation, recovery, stretching stimulation, depending on the aim of the treatment.
I have been especially interested in shoulder and knee injuries, as well as back pain treatments.
My aim is to help reduce pain levels in order to recover function with techniques such as massage, joint mobilisations, taping/strapping, trigger points release and many others.
